In a partnership with SBDC, we conducted projects with Indiana start-up or small business to help improve their awareness and/or sales during COVID-19, focusing on renovating their website to increase Internet awareness.

Our team mainly focused on reorganizing the website to improve customer UI, and thus increasing the overall effectiveness of the website.

(1) We’ve categorized the featured services into three categories: interior, exterior, and more.
(2) We got rid of redundant service statement that emphasized the quality of service Carter's provides and added an "About Us" page to specifically address the service quality statement there.
(3) We redesigned the website by changing the background color to white, which psychologically gives clean image to customers.
(4) We replaced low-quality images with high-quality ones that best matches and clarifies each of Carter’s Handyman Service & Remodeling LLC’s services.

Our team focused on changing the vibe of the website to give better first impression when prospective customers browse through our website.
(1) We conducted market research to see how other doctor's clinic designed their website and what the trend is
(2) We added a "Book Online" service to make the reservation process more convenient for both the patient and the doctor
(3) We did a complete renovation of the website, which previously had red background and white letters with outdated pictures
